Archaelogical treasures can also be found at El Valle. These painted rocks show a map of the area where El Valle is located. As this young native boy explains to the tourists, these painted rocks were carved on the rock of this cave by local indians hundreds of years ago. A group of archaelogists has found them and research has taken place in order to learn more about their meaning. Experts now know that these painted carvings on the rock tell a story about the movements of the waters and the moon.
