Henry Morgan Trail Tour-Camino de Cruces

A notable trail is the Cruces Trail which the Spaniards used many years ago to transport gold and silver. It is one of the oldest roads in Panama as it was built in 1550. This whole area is known for Coati, Anteaters and Howler Monkeys.

Soberania National Park is a nature lovers dream come true.

You can take side trips to some of the more popular attractions nearby like the Panama Canal or a trip to Gamboa.

Dress in hiking gear as this is a jungle hike. Bring bug spray.
