Historic Tour of Portobelo |

In Portobelo you can visit many historical sites. The Cruces Trail, found in Soberania National Park, was once used by the Spaniards to transport goods from Peru to Portobelo. You can also visit fort Santiago de la Gloria, fort San Jeronimo and the church which houses the Black Christ. You can also request a snorkeling tour, a beach tour or a scuba diving tour. The drive to Portobelo is a nice one featuring views of the Miraflores Locks and the Pedro Miguel Locks as well as the Gaillard Cut and the Panama Canal.
