Jungle Challenge Tour

The jungle challenge tour takes place about an hour from Panama City in the tropical rainforest of Chagres National Park. The adventure begins with a dugout canoe ride where we reach the trail. This is an adrenaline rush kind of challenge. We go on an intense hike through some serious jungle growth along a narrow trail.

There will be a bilingual expert guide to point out all of the exotic flora and fauna that flourish so richly in this environment. After about an hour hike we should be at our first falls of Iquana Creek. We swim through the waterfall pool and wait for our fellow adventurers. Then, we travel on down the river to a 100 foot rappel and move along the riverbed. We will hike on through the exciting jungle terrain until we reach the last waterfall.

We eventually return to the Chagres River and board the canoe which takes us to a nearby Embera Village. Here you can eat a hot meal, change your clothes and just relax as we prepare to head back.
