Are there good medical facilities?

There are many good hospital centers in Panama City like Paitilla Hospital or Punta Pacifica Hospital where most doctors speak english because most of them were trained in the US.  Two other very good hospitals are Hospital San Fernando and the Hospital Nacional.  Everywhere else in the country, hospitals may not have the latest equipment, but doctors will be well trained, professional and probably speak english.  In the recent years, there has been a surge in 'medical tourism' to Panama by those looking for affordable, rapid and good quality medical procedures.
